Alvin Ling is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience leading digital transformation and innovation in various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Applied Innovation, Head of Digital Experience, and Chief Technology Officer at Guardian Life since June 2020, Alvin has a proven track record in building tech solutions and enhancing customer experiences. Prior to Guardian Life, Alvin was the Chief Technology Officer at Considerable, focusing on InsurTech and Medicare solutions, and held the same title at SurvivorNet, a healthcare media startup. Alvin's long career at Wenner Media included roles as Chief Technology Officer, Executive Director of Engineering, and Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing engineering teams, implementing infrastructure solutions, and driving product innovation across iconic media brands. Alvin holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a BA from Rutgers University.
