Catherine Tucker

Catherine Tucker currently serves as the Head of Organizational Effectiveness & Learning at Guardian Life since March 2022. Previously, Tucker had a distinguished career at GE Capital from 1997 to 2021, holding various roles such as Executive Human Resources Leader for GE Global Treasury, where significant transformation initiatives were undertaken. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Tucker provided strategic HR guidance to multiple executives and played a critical role in North American mergers and acquisitions during a major divestiture. Tucker's expertise extends across talent development, organizational optimization, and employee engagement, supported by an educational background in History from Hamilton College.
