Chandra Gadre Almi

Chandra Gadre ALMI, ACS, SA has extensive experience in project management and systems administration within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Life & DI Policy Admin Systems at Guardian Life since April 2010, Chandra has successfully managed the Traditional Life Insurance Admin System. Previous roles include Consultant Project Manager at Citigroup, overseeing the integration of customer applications, and Project Manager at Crum & Forster, leading software and infrastructure implementation projects. With a significant tenure at MetLife as both Director and Manager in Application Development, Chandra spearheaded the development of an SOA-based Integration Hub using advanced technology. Earlier career experience included project management roles at Prudential Financial Services and AIG Inc., along with a foundational role as a Systems Executive at GlaxoSmithKline Poland. Chandra holds an M.Sc. in Statistics & Operations Research from the University of Mumbai.
