Gretchen Carrolla

Gretchen Carrolla possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations at Guardian Life. Previously, Carrolla held the position of Assistant Vice President and Head of MyHR, as well as Director of Human Resources Business Partner at the same organization. Prior to this, Carrolla worked at The Hartford as a Talent Acquisition Manager and in various staffing roles at Robert Half International, including Staffing Manager and Division Director. Carrolla is an alumnus of Albertus Magnus College.
