Harris Oliner

Harris Oliner is a seasoned legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in high-level corporate roles. Since July 2015, Harris serves as Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Guardian Life. Prior to this role, Harris worked at Voya Financial as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from March 2013 to December 2014, and held the position of Managing Director, Senior Counsel and Corporate Secretary at BlackRock from October 2004 to March 2013. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Comverse and Director of Business Development at VastVideo. Harris began a legal career as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Harris holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Yale University.
