Heather Bellis

Heather Bellis has over 15 years of experience in application development and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Application Developer at Guardian Life since January 2010. Notable achievements include configuration and support for Taleo Recruiting, leading the implementation of Workday Recruiting, and providing operational support for the Corporate Recruiting function. Prior roles include Systems Analyst II and Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, where Heather managed teams, improved processes, and oversaw various integrations and reporting functions. Additionally, Heather has experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment from previous positions at Sanofi Pasteur and Management Recruiters of Reading.
