Jennifer Andrews

Jennifer Andrews serves as the Head of Culture, Equity & Inclusion at Guardian Life since July 2023 and is a Fellow at The Economic Club of New York as of 2024. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Americas Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Credit Suisse from March 2015 to July 2023, where expertise in inclusive leadership and diversity metrics guided HR strategy. Earlier experience includes consulting for Bank Street College of Education and serving as a parent volunteer at a progressive private school. Jennifer's career began at IBM, followed by roles at PaineWebber and Andrews Management, focusing on strategic planning and management consulting. Education was completed with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
