Monika M. is an experienced leader in sales compensation and distribution strategy, currently serving as the VP and Head of Distribution Compensation and Sales Planning at Guardian Life since April 2022. Monika oversees the Group Distribution Compensation Strategy and Operations, focusing on the strategic design of sales compensation programs and incentive plans aligned with business objectives. Prior to Guardian Life, Monika held various roles at Northwestern Mutual from August 2010 to April 2022, including Assistant Director of Sales Compensation and Recognition Design, where strategic initiatives were implemented to reward financial representatives effectively. Monika's earlier experience includes leadership roles in sales rewards and recognition at Aviva and marketing coordination at Microsoft, as well as a business analyst position at Ranbaxy. Monika holds a Master’s degree in Applied Operations Research from the University of Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (Honors) from Miranda House, Delhi University.
