Olga Burke

Olga Burke, CCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in enterprise HR analytics and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Enterprise HR Analytics and Human Resources Business Partner at Guardian Life, Olga has previously held significant roles at The Hartford as HR Risk Governor and at Navigators as Global HR Operations Leader. At XL Catlin, Olga served as both Global Head of HR Operations and Analytics and as Vice President in the same area. Olga's career also includes key positions at AXA Equitable, where roles encompassed Vice President, Chief of Staff to the President, and Vice President of HR Measurement and Research. Olga holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wellesley College, complemented by earlier education at Wooster School.
