Robert Paxton

Robert Paxton is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in voice engineering and call center operations. Since September 2005, Robert has served as a Senior Voice Engineer at Guardian Life, specializing in Verint WFO 15.2 multi-tenant cloud solutions, including call recording, workforce management, and speech analytics, integrated with Genesys and Cisco UCM. Additionally, Robert has managed a Development & Support team, overseeing projects and providing support for various call center systems. Prior to this role, Robert worked in desktop support and engineering positions at Siemens Business Services, Schneider National, and CompuCom, offering comprehensive hardware and software support. Educationally, Robert holds a BA in English and Humanistic Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and additional studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
