Tara Fosbre

Tara Fosbre has extensive experience in the technology and innovation sectors, currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Innovation, Programs and Capabilities at Guardian Life since November 2013. Previous roles at Guardian Life include Second Vice President positions in Technology and Head of Direct to Consumer. Tara is also a member of the NPower Regional Advisory Board since September 2020. Prior to Guardian Life, Tara held leadership roles at Dow Jones as Director of Mobile Development and at IFS as AVP, Application Development Consultant. Additional experience includes positions at Viacom and Chubb and Son, spanning over a decade in various capacities from QA to Senior Business Analyst. Tara holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
