Faye Constable-Dibble

Faye Constable-Dibble is an experienced product design leader with a strong background in UI/UX design, currently serving as Product Design Lead for Design Systems at The Guardian since March 2022. In this role, Faye leads a team of product designers to create innovative solutions that reflect the brand's values across various business areas. Prior to this, Faye held the position of Product Design Lead at News UK, overseeing UI/UX design for multiple media products, and worked as a Senior Product Designer at IG, where responsibilities included web design as part of an SEO initiative. Faye's earlier career includes roles as a Midweight Digital Designer at Dow Jones and as a Junior Graphic Designer for The Wall Street Journal and Financial News. Faye holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Staffordshire University.
