Mark Orr

Mark Orr is an experienced professional in the fields of reward, pensions, and HR operations, currently serving as the Director of Reward, Pensions and HR Operations at The Guardian since August 2016. Mark has held various roles related to compensation and benefits, including Head of Reward, Pensions and HR Operations, and Pension Manager at The Guardian. Prior to this, Mark worked at G4S as Head of Compensation & Benefits and Head of Pensions from March 2012 to August 2016. Mark's career also includes a position as Senior Pensions Manager at Steria from August 2009 to February 2012 and a Senior Manager role at Crowe Horwath LLP from 2004 to 2009. Mark holds a degree in Economics from the University of York, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
