Pejman Faratin

Pejman Faratin is an accomplished Picture Editor currently working at The Guardian since January 2020, focusing on the G1 news, sports, and G2 culture/arts sections. Since September 2017, Pejman has operated as a freelance photographer and picture editor, gaining extensive experience in imaging across major print and digital platforms worldwide. Prior to this, Pejman served as Picture and Multimedia Editor at Associated Newspapers from February 2004 to August 2017, and held the position of Senior Market Specialist at Fujifilm UK Ltd from 1999 to 2001. Pejman's early career included working as the Digital Manager at the Association of Photographers from 1995 to 1998. Pejman holds a BSC in Photography and Electronic Imaging Sciences from the University of Westminster, completed in 1995.
