Thea Murray-Jones

Thea Murray-Jones is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Strategy at The Guardian since January 2022. Prior to this role, Thea worked in the UK Civil Service from October 2020 to November 2021, focusing on strategy and operations. Before that, Thea was a Strategy Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from March 2017 to October 2020. Thea holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
