Emma Whitfield

Emma Whitfield (née Kearns) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic roles within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy at Woolworths Food Company since January 2025, Emma previously held various positions at Coles Group from October 2017 to January 2025, including Head of Strategy for Dairy Frozen & Convenience and Acting Business Category Manager. Prior to Coles, Emma worked as a Commercial Finance Manager and Sales Administration Manager at Devondale Murray Goulburn, after serving as Project Manager at LEDified Lighting Corporation Pty Ltd. Emma's career began at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as a Finance Administration Manager and Internal Auditor. Education was completed at Trinity College Dublin, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics from 2004 to 2008.
