Katherine Held has extensive experience in customer service and management roles, with a strong background in workforce operations and technical care. Katherine has worked at Guardian Protection Services since December 2007, where Katherine currently holds the position of Workforce Operations and Technical Care Manager. Prior to this, Katherine has also worked as a server at Eat n Park Restaurant, Snake River Grill, and Kings Family Restaurants. Additionally, Katherine has experience as a Customer Service Representative at Dollar Bank, FSB. Katherine holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management from the Community College of Allegheny County.
