Ben Bortolazzo

Ben Bortolazzo currently serves as Vice President of Development at Guardian, a position held since November 2022, after previously working as Director of Development. Prior to Guardian, Ben Bortolazzo had a long tenure at Otak from February 2005 to October 2022, where roles included Director of Planning & Design and Architect and Urban Designer, managing diverse teams and projects in community and architectural design. Early career experience includes positions as Architect at Volpe Engineering and F&P Architects, focusing on various design phases and project management, as well as serving as an Urban Design Assistant at Wokingham District Council. Ben Bortolazzo holds a Master's degree in Architecture - Urban Design from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Planning from Università Iuav di Venezia.
