Karon Paul

Karon Paul has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources. Karon started their career at Columbia Management Company in 1991 and served as Vice President of Human Resources for almost a decade. Paul then joined OSF International as the Human Resources Director for a year before moving on to J-K Pursuits, LLC, where they worked as a Human Resources Consultant for five years. In 2011, Paul joined Guardian Real Estate Services as the Director of Human Resources before being promoted to Vice President of Human Resources.

Karon Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University.
