BJ Beier has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. From 2013, they worked at Guardian Savings Bank, starting as an IT Manager and progressing to Assistant Vice President and then Vice President, Information Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Officer. In their role as IT Manager, BJ was responsible for supporting multiple branches, servers, and workstations, managing a team, and handling technical services and support for the company. BJ successfully upgraded and implemented new technology solutions, resulting in improved system functionality and employee productivity. Prior to Guardian Savings Bank, BJ worked at Union Savings Bank as a Systems Administrator, where they focused on troubleshooting, system monitoring, and technical support. BJ also worked as a Loan Servicing Rep and Loan Processor during their time at Union Savings Bank.
From 2008 to 2012, BJ Beier attended Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, where they completed the A.S degree program in PC Support and Administration.
