Charles McGinley

Charles McGinley is an experienced labor relations professional with over three decades of expertise in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at Guardian Service Industries, Inc. since January 2020, McGinley previously held senior roles at ATALIAN Global Services, Temco Service Industries, and ABM Industries, where responsibilities included overseeing employee and labor relations. McGinley began the professional journey with Ogden Services Corporation, which was later acquired by ABM Industries. McGinley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1981.
