Daniel Miller has worked as a Chief Building Engineer at Guardian Service Industries, Inc. from December 2012 to present. In this role, they are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the building MEP infrastructure for a large municipality.
Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Chief Engineer at Hines from January 2004 to December 2012. In this role, they served as the O & M Assistant Manager and was responsible for the operation and maintenance of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure for a 750,000 sq-ft financial institution.
Daniel Miller completed the IUOE Local 30 Apprenticeship from 2003 to 2005, earning a Diploma in Stationary Engineering. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they attended Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES where they studied HVACR. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications, including a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers.
