Neil Rennie

Neil Rennie is an experienced facilities professional with a comprehensive background in property and engineering management. Current roles include serving as Property Manager at Guardian Service Industries, Inc. since October 2018. Previous positions encompass Engineering Manager at Credit Suisse, Chief Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield, and Manager of Engineering at both Empire State Realty Trust and The Rockefeller Group. Neil's career in engineering management spans over two decades, beginning at Equity Office Properties from 1991 to 2006, with additional experience at Able Engineering. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Planning and Management from Iona University, earned between 1992 and 1999.
