Scot Vayo

Scot Vayo serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Guardian Storage LLC since July 2020, after holding the title of Vice President Operations at the same company. Previous experience includes the role of Regional Director at iStorage from October 2018 to July 2020, and Regional Vice President at Prime Group Holdings between January 2017 and October 2018. Vayo also worked as Director of Operations at Casey Storage Solutions from July 2007 to December 2016, managing everyday operations for 13 self-storage properties and leading teams to optimize sales and profitability. Earlier roles include various positions at Target, including Human Resources Executive, and at Sears, Roebuck and Co., where Vayo served as Store Manager. Vayo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Nichols College, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
