Alon Cohen

Alon Cohen has extensive work experience in the software engineering field.

From 2021 to present, Alon is the Director of Software Engineering at GuardKnox Cyber Technologies.

Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, Alon served as the Israel R&D Director at Gemalto/Thales Ltd., where they were responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and delivering products in the security domain.

From 2013 to 2017, Alon worked as the Senior Manager of Engineering at SafeNet/Gemalto Ltd., where they transitioned the team to Agile development methodology and led a development team in France and a verification team in Prague. Alon also improved team efficiency through redesign and automated product validation.

From 2011 to 2013, Alon worked as the Manager of Engineering at SafeNet Ltd.

From 2010 to 2011, Alon served as the Middleware Engineering Team Leader at SafeNet Ltd. (formerly Aladdin), managing middleware development and continuous integration systems.

From 1998 to 2009, Alon worked as a Senior Software Middleware Engineer at Aladdin Ltd., where they developed smart card connectivity channels, smart card drivers, and cryptography standard layers.

Throughout their career, Alon has gained expertise in various programming languages, including C/C++, .Net, C#, SQL, Java, and scripting languages. Alon also has experience in Windows Internals, Mac, Linux platforms, USB drivers, file systems, and cryptography protocols.

Alon Cohen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Management, which they obtained from The Open University of Israel.
