John McGloughlin

John McGloughlin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity and technology leadership. Currently serving as Vice President at Iron Bow Technologies since January 2023, McGloughlin oversees operations in a major government contracting firm with an annual revenue of $1.5 billion. As the Founder and CEO of GuardSight, Inc. since June 2009, McGloughlin established a successful cybersecurity-as-a-service company that delivers premium cyber defense solutions to both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Previous roles include Vice President of the Cybersecurity Operations Center at Bank of America, where McGloughlin managed a $20 million budget and a global team, and Senior Manager of Managed Services at Infosys Corp, focusing on enhancing cybersecurity service delivery. McGloughlin also co-founded Webvision, a prominent dotcom-era e-commerce company, and held various engineering and support roles at leading tech firms such as Cabletron and Racal Datacom.
