Bo Kleynen

Bo Kleynen has a strong background in software engineering and development. They have experience working as a Software Engineer at Guardsquare since August 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Student Innovations vzw, including Backend Developer, Treasurer, President, and Board Member. During their time at Student Innovations vzw, Bo focused on developing a new Ruby on Rails backend for Quivr and later transitioned to code review. They also served as a Backend Team Lead overseeing the development of server-side code. Additionally, Bo has interned as a Software Engineering intern at Elimity in 2021 and 2020, and at Uniac bvba in 2021 as a Backend and DevOps Engineer. In these roles, they gained experience in developing backend systems, managing infrastructure on various platforms, and setting up CI/CD pipelines.

Bo Kleynen received their High School Diploma from Koninklijk Atheneum Tienen in 2015. Following that, from 2015 to 2021, they pursued their Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science at KU Leuven. Bo continued their education at KU Leuven and is currently studying for a Master of Science in Engineering Science, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
