Rodrigo’s academic background includes specialization in Customer Experience and Customer Success, along with an MBA in Business Management and multiple qualifications in administration and engineering. With a solid foundation in technical education as a Técnico em Metalurgia, Rodrigo combines expertise in management, quality systems, and education to drive organizational success.
