Heather Neglerio

Heather Neglerio is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer experience and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Operations at Guava Family, Inc. since June 2021, Heather has previously held the position of Client Success Manager at Lytx, Inc. from February 2019 to June 2021, and worked in various customer service roles at Guava Family, Inc. and Competitor Group, Inc. from 2007 to 2019. At Competitor Group, Heather excelled as the Director of Customer Service & Registration, overseeing large-scale endurance events and managing complex registration processes. Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from San Diego State University, earned in 2006.
