Kelly Ifill

Kelly Ifill has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2021. In 2013, they began their career as a Dean of Instruction at Ascend Learning Charter Schools. In 2014, they moved to Al-Mizhar American Acadamy for Girls as an Instructional Technology Specialist. In 2016, they held three roles simultaneously: a Venture Fellow at Rethink Education Management, LLC, a Business Development Associate at GE Ventures, and a MBA Venture Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Additionally, they were a Future Angel at New York Angels. In 2018, they were a Co-Founder at Seneca Network and a Senior Consultant, Digital Strategy at IBM iX. In 2019, they were a Strategic Partnerships at Company Ventures. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Founder & CEO at Guava.

Kelly Ifill has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Baruch College, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Mathematics from St. John's University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School.
