Elmar Garayev

Elmar Garayev is a skilled database developer with extensive experience in the field. Currently working at GUAVAPAY since December 2022, Elmar previously held positions as a Leading PL/SQL Developer at Bank of Baku OJSC from October 2021 to December 2022, and as a Leading Database Developer at AzeriCard LLC from August 2018 to October 2021. Early career experience includes a role as a Researcher at the Institute of Information Technology ANAS in 2017-2018. Elmar holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and System Engineering from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy (2012-2016).
