Thomas Prantl has extensive work experience in the consumer goods industry. From 1993 to 2000, they held various roles at Swarovski, including Project Manager Sales Training and District Sales Manager. From 2000 to 2002, they served as the General Manager for North America at Lomographic Society International. Thomas then returned to Swarovski from 2002 to 2009, taking on multiple positions, including Vice President of Innovation and Vice President of Marketing. In 2010, they founded Prantho GmbH, a consulting company where they worked with notable brands such as Swarovski and Hetronymus Correspondance Privée. Thomas later joined Cayoo SA Genève and Boltenstern as CEO and Partner respectively. Currently, they are the EVP Jewellery at Gubelin.
Thomas Prantl attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 1986 to 1992. During this time, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Internationales Marketing. In addition, in 1990 and 1991, they also studied at HEC Paris, where they focused on a third-year specialization in Marketing, specifically International Marketing.
