Malte Hasle Nielsen

Malte Hasle Nielsen is a Research Scientist and Industrial PhD student at Gubra since January 2021, and previously held the position of Visiting Research Fellow at Institut d’Investigacions Biomèdiques August Pi i Sunyer (IDIBAPS) from September to December 2022, where Malte was involved in research on inflammatory bowel disease under the supervision of Azucena Salas. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Assistant at Symphogen from August 2016 to July 2017, focusing on laboratory tasks and data processing. Malte earned a Master’s degree in Molecular Biomedicine and a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biomedicine from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, and participated in an exchange program in Biomedical Science at UCL in 2017. Malte's educational background also includes attendance at ATU - The Academy of Talented Youth and Solrød Gymnasium.
