Chuck P.

Chuck P. has a diverse work experience. Chuck started their career as a Teaching Assistant at The Culinary Institute of America, where they worked from June 2007 to July 2008. Chuck then worked as a Sous Chef at West Park Winery from May 2008 to October 2009. In March 2010, they joined Hillstone Restaurant Group as a Culinary Manager and stayed there until November 2013. After that, they joined Doc B's Fresh Kitchen as an Executive Kitchen Manager/ Area General Manager from December 2013 to March 2017. Following this, they worked as the Director of Operations at Ropeswing Hospitality Group from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at ISS Guckenheimer since 2019.
