Kelsey Smith

Kelsey Smith is an experienced professional in the culinary and food service industry, currently serving as Site Operations Excellence Manager at ISS Guckenheimer since December 2018, with previous roles including Food Service Manager and Catering Manager. Prior to this, Kelsey held the position of Chef Manager at Wolfgang Puck Catering for a brief period in 2018. Kelsey gained significant experience at Compass Group USA, working from May 2014 to August 2018 in various roles, including Director of Catering and Catering Chef. Earlier career highlights include positions at Panera Bread and Nordstrom Cafe Bistro as a Cashier, and Service Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Kelsey is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, holding bachelor’s degrees in Culinary Arts Management and Hospitality Administration/Management.
