Sherry Ephraim

Sherry Ephraim has extensive experience in business development and sales. Sherry is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at ISS Guckenheimer since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the National Director of Business Development at Sodexo from October 2019 to March 2023. Before that, they held the position of Director of Business Development at Aramark from April 2016 to October 2019. Sherry also worked as the Director of Business Development at Compass Group North America (Morrison Community Living) from November 2012 to March 2016. Sherry started their career as an Account Executive at Horizon Software International, LLC. from January 2009 to September 2012, where they managed the Midwest Territory and consulted with school districts and hospitals on software implementation. Prior to that, Sherry worked as an Account Executive at AMS Services from March 2008 to January 2009, where they focused on selling CRM and agency management systems. Sherry also served as a Regional Sales Manager at Infinisource from June 2007 to March 2008, where they worked closely with brokers and agents on selling benefit administration products. Sherry has a strong background in insurance, having worked as a Broker/Owner/Consultant at Scalzitti Insurance Agency from January 1996 to May 2007, where they implemented various insurance coverage and provided consultation services to school districts.

Sherry Ephraim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. Prior to their university education, they earned a High School Diploma from Valley High School. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Challenger Fundamentals - Core Sales Skills (Activation)" from Challenger and various courses from LinkedIn on topics such as leadership, time management, and personal development.
