Erin Lane has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Erin started their career as a Medical Radiation Technologist at Brant Community Healthcare System in 2005. Erin then moved to Grand River Hospital in the same role from 2005 to 2009. At Grand River Hospital, they also served as a Clinical Education Lead from 2009 to 2017, Clinical Manager of Medical Imaging from 2016 to 2020, and Interim Administrative Director from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Erin is working at Guelph General Hospital as the Administrative Director of Diagnostic Imaging, CRS, and Sleep Lab, a position they have held since November 2020.

Guelph General Hospital
When the doors to Guelph General Hospital were opened on August 16, 1875, the hospital had 12 beds, a small infectious room, and a dispensary. A superintendent and two nurses provided care, as well as working in the kitchen, housekeeping, switchboard, and laundry. Today, Guelph General Hospital is a dynamic, comprehensive acute care facility providing a full range of services to the residents of Guelph and Wellington County. Services include 24-hour emergency coverage, advanced technology and diagnostic support, and specialty programs such as being the regional provider for general vascular surgery and a designated Provincial Centre of Excellence for bariatric surgery.
