Anne Simorre is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in strategic HR leadership spanning several international organizations. Currently serving as DRH Fonctions Supports Globales & France and HRBP Support Functions - International at Guerbet since November 2019, Anne previously held various senior HR roles at Coty, including International VP of Human Resources for the Luxury Division, where significant transformation initiatives were driven. Anne's expertise encompasses regional HR management in Asia, MEA, and TR, alongside a successful track record in building employer branding, enhancing employee engagement, and managing post-merger integrations.
