Cyrille Bottard has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Cyrille began their career as a Technicien de laboratoire polyvalent at Hopitaux de Paris from 1990 to 1997. Cyrille then worked as a Technicien biomédical at Hopital Saint Vincent de Paul - Service Biomédical for a brief period in 1998.
From 1998 to 2011, Cyrille worked at Abbott Laboratories as a Référent / Coordinateur - Assistance téléphonique, providing telephone support and coordination. Cyrille then joined Beckman Coulter in 2011 as an Ingénieur Support Clients. Cyrille quickly moved up to the position of Responsable Service Clients, where they managed the call center and customer training services.
In 2015, Cyrille joined Guerbet as a Responsable Helpdesk, responsible for managing customer support. Cyrille then took on the role of Responsable Support Clients from 2016 to 2018 and later became the Directeur Support Client from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they serve as the Head of logistics, Workshop & Process for Technical Services at Guerbet.
Throughout their career, Cyrille has demonstrated expertise in customer support, hotline management, team leadership, and implementing process improvements.
Cyrille Bottard earned a Diplôme National de Technologie Spécialisé in Maintenance et Instrumentation Biomedicale from Ecole Nationale de Chimie Physique et Biologie de Paris in 1998-1999. Prior to that, Cyrille attended Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) from 1988 to 1990 and obtained a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Biologie appliquée, analyses biologiques et biochimiques. Additionally, Cyrille holds a Certification de préleveur sanguin from the Ministère des affaires sociales, obtained in 1994.
