Luke Poloniecki

Luke Poloniecki has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Luke currently serves as the Head of Business Development & Licensing / M&A at Guerbet since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Business Development at BTG from September 2016 to November 2019. Luke also has experience in healthcare M&A banking at N. M. Rothschild & Sons Limited from November 2013 to July 2016. Luke has also worked as a healthcare equity research analyst at Edison Investment Research and ING Commercial Banking. Additionally, Luke has worked as a healthcare equity research analyst at Bryan Garnier & Co and as a pharma & biotech equity research intern at Société Générale. Before entering the finance industry, Luke gained experience as a cardiovascular & respiratory medical sales representative at Schering-Plough Research Institute.

Luke Poloniecki holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiological Sciences from Newcastle University, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Luke also conducted research in Cellular Physiology at Université de Rennes I in 2003. Prior to that, Luke attended Ampleforth College from 1994 to 1999 and Dulwich College Preparatory School (DCPS) from 1983 to 1994. In addition, they obtained certifications such as the FSA Qualification in Investments from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) in 2008 and the ABPI Medical Representative Qualification from The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) in 2005.
