Nicole Johnson

Nicole Johnson, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Guerbet since November 2022. Previously, Nicole held the position of Head of People at Second Nature from February 2018 to September 2022 and served as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Nexus Global Business Solutions, Inc. from November 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities included creating a corporate HR function, leading strategic initiatives, and managing complex employee relations. Earlier experience includes roles at Datto Inc. as Director of Human Resources and various HR positions at Stepping Stones Museum for Children and Cooper Square Realty, Inc. Nicole holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from Cornell University and a B.A. in Psychology from Fairfield University.
