Maria St Louis currently serves as the Head of Strategic Initiatives at Guerillascope, focusing on helping under-served founders, including Black Owned Businesses, Female Founders, and Young entrepreneurs, to grow through mainstream advertising. Previously, Maria had a lengthy tenure at Channel 4, where roles included C4 Collective Co-Chair, Equity & Inclusion Lead, AV Manager, and Sales Development Manager, among others. Throughout this time, Maria championed diversity initiatives, led the award-winning Black in Business Initiative, and contributed to strategic advertising research to support Black owned businesses in the UK. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of West London and completed the Rising Women Leaders Programme in Organizational Leadership at Cambridge Judge Business School.
