Chloé Balon

Chloé Balon is an experienced professional specializing in retail design and visual merchandising. Currently serving as the International Store Design and Visual Merchandising Project Manager at Guerlain since January 2022, Chloé has also held the position of Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Project Manager for Travel Retail WW. Prior to this, Chloé worked at L'Oréal as a Retail Design Event Project Manager for Valentino Beauty and gained experience as a Retail Designer at blue factory. Earlier roles include serving as a Retail Design Event Project Manager Assistant at L'Oréal and an Assistant Project Manager in Interior Architecture and Retail Design at Jeff van Dyck. Chloé’s education includes a Master 2 in Strategies of Design from ensaama and degrees in Architecture and Space Design from various esteemed institutions.
