Corey Martens, CPA, CFF, has over 24 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Corey began their career in 1997 as a Partner/Audit Staff at Deloitte. In 2009, they joined Alvarez & Marsal Dispute Analysis & Forensic Services, LLC as a Managing Director, where they directed finance/accounting projects and provided internal investigations, regulatory interface, litigation support, corporate compliance services, and anti-fraud services. In 2011, they became a Partner at KPMG, where they directed up to 50 accounting, finance and industry professionals and provided forensic services that led to successful employment actions and insurance claim recoveries. In 2017, they joined Grant Thornton LLP as a Partner, where they led strategy development, managed the Chicago operations and directed teams in multiple countries on complex finance, accounting, forensic accounting, and compliance projects. In 2019, they became a Business Owner at Mirrors Out, LLC. Currently, they are the Director of SEC Reporting Compliance and Compliance Officer at Guerrilla RF, leveraging comprehensive corporate accounting, finance experience/knowledge, and corporate compliance across numerous industries to serve as a financial reporting accountant/consultant and U. S. SEC financial reporting compliance advisor to businesses of all sizes and industries.

Corey Martens, CPA, CFF obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1992 and 1996. Corey also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from Illinois and a Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) certification from the AICPA.
