Israel Poore

Israel Poore has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Israel began their career as an Assembly Technician at Varian Semiconductor in 1999, followed by a role as a Semiconductor Process Technician at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in 2000. In 1994, they worked as a Manager of Flight Deck Operations in the Fuels Division of the US Navy. In 2005, they were a Manufacturing Engineer at Axcelis Technologies, and from 2006 to 2015 they held roles as a Senior Reliability Engineer and Senior Product Quality Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. Most recently, they have been a Director of Product Reliability Engineering and Staff Quality and Reliability Engineer at Guerrilla RF since 2020.

Israel Poore obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2001 to 2005. Israel then obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from NC State University in November of 2013. Israel also completed Professional Development from North Carolina State University from 2013 to 2015, in various fields of study.
