Swantika Kaushik

Swantika Kaushik is an experienced professional in training, recruitment, and information technology, currently serving as the Training and Recruitment Manager for PAN India at GUESS?, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Swantika held the position of Deputy Training Manager for the North Zone at House of Anita Dongre Limited from July 2021 to January 2024, and worked at WhiteHat Jr in various roles including Quality Coach and Training Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at Reliance Brands Limited and Head of the Information Technology Department at Chetana College, where Swantika co-authored five books under Mumbai University. Early career experience includes a role as an Assistant Professor at MPSPS College. Swantika holds a Master of Computer Applications from the University of Mumbai, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from VIVA College.
