Rich Lucy

Rich Lucy is an experienced manager in the food service industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Guest Services, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, Rich held the position of CEO at Hardwood Smokehouse from January 2014 to January 2023, and before that, Rich worked at Sonny's Bar-B-Q as the Director of Operations & Training & R&D & Competition Team Lead from September 2008 to November 2013. Rich has extensive experience with Applebee's, having served in various roles including Area Director and Training General Manager from 2004 to 2008, as well as training general manager from March 2003 to September 2004. Rich began a career in management as General Manager at Applebee's T&K from 1998 to 2003. Rich's education includes attending Southeast Missouri State University from 1989 to 1992 and completing high school from 1986 to 1989.
