Luisa Souki has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Luisa started their career in 2008 with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, where they worked in event organization. Luisa later joined Derby Hotels Collection as an intern in event organization and reservations. In 2010, they worked as a sales executive in Las golondrinas (click art) Embarcaciones turísticas. Luisa then owned and managed Swimsuit Maracuya store from 2007 to 2010. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Guest Service Agent at Barcelona central garden hotel. Luisa then moved onto Praktik Hotels, where they worked in the groups reservation department from 2015 to 2017. After that, they joined AXEL HOTELS as a member of the revenue department in 2017. In the same year, they also worked as an Assistant Revenue Manager at HotelsDot. In 2019, they became a Revenue Manager at Hotel Can Faustino 5* Relais & Châteaux. Currently, since March 2020, they are working as a Revenue Manager at GuestPro | Nextgen Hoteltech. Overall, Luisa Souki has gained extensive experience in revenue management and event organization throughout their career.

Luisa Souki's education history includes several degrees obtained from different institutions. In 2004 to 2009, they attended the Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica, where they pursued a degree in Administración de empresas hoteleras (Hotel Business Administration). From 2011 to 2012, Luisa enrolled at the Universitat de Barcelona, achieving a Master's degree in organización de EVENTOS y relaciones publicas (Event Organization and Public Relations). In 2020, they attended CESAE Business&Tourism School and completed a course in Revenue Management Avanzado (Advanced Revenue Management) in the field of Administración/Gestión hotelera (Hotel Management). Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, Luisa pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Product Manager at IEBS.
