Lorenzo Ritella is an experienced professional in the hospitality and property technology sectors, currently serving as the Country Manager for Spain at GuestReady since January 2023. Lorenzo has a strong background as a crowd angel investor at YEGO and as a docente y mentor at CEU Digital, where Lorenzo taught courses on Proptech and Innovation. As the founder and CEO of Propertista, the first online real estate agency in Spain, Lorenzo revolutionized the property market by connecting homeowners directly with buyers. Additionally, Lorenzo co-founded Apartum.com, the leading holiday apartment comparison site, holding various marketing and sales management roles throughout a robust career, including as Sales Manager at AB Apartment Barcelona and Director of Sales and Marketing at Quality Choice Worldwide SL.
