Dr. Sandip Lalli, FCPA, ICD.D has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, Dr. Lalli served as the Chief Strategy and Financial Officer at GuestTek Interactive Entertainment Ltd., a global leader in technology solutions for the hospitality industry. Prior to this, Dr. Lalli held the position of Chair, Audit Committee Board of Directors at the Royal Canadian Mint. Dr. Lalli also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff to the President & CEO at Nutrien, where they supported the organization's goals and needs and facilitated cross-functional integration. Before that, Dr. Lalli worked as an independent consultant for Humanity Is In Your Actions, focusing on corporate strategy and sustainable commercial operations. Dr. Lalli also served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce and held leadership positions at Keystone Excavating Ltd., Cargill, and Travel Alberta.

Dr. Sandip Lalli, FCPA, ICD.D has a strong educational background with a focus on corporate governance and organizational leadership. Dr. Sandip completed an Executive Education program in Corporate Governance at Wharton in 2021-2022. In 2014-2015, they earned an Institute of Corporate Directors Designation from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, specializing in the Directors Education Program. In 2005-2009, Dr. Lalli obtained a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Athabasca University in 2000-2002. Additionally, Dr. Lalli holds certifications as a Fellow of Chartered Professional Accountants (FCPA) from CPA Canada and as a Chartered Professional Accountant from the Certified Management Accountants (CMA) Society of Alberta, which they obtained in 2016 and 1997 respectively. Dr. Sandip also completed the Indigenous Canada program at the University of Alberta in 2020.
